Well i got a new laptop and ive tryed to install iatkos s3 (SnowL) but seemed to fail, My computer says waiting for root device or A end less loop of apple logo screen here are my specs can you please say if its supported at all...

Is it compatible? because i get tho's errors... Here are all the drives that it has(read me) Here And this is what ive chosen.

chameleon v2 rc4, NVenabler, voodoo hda, voodoo ps/2, voodoo power, battery, card reader, wifi i have an external that works, and tired intel pro 100 and gagabit, Maybe i did something wrong or chipset not supported Please help!

hi there, check your bios setting , generally like this:
SATA……….: AHCI
ACPI APIC…: Enabled
ACPI ………..: Enabled
SATA Native.: Disable/enable
if that is ok, try replace your IOATAFamily.kext or IOAHCIFamily.kext (one or both of them). Mostly, IOATAFamily.kext is the problem.

Ok Thanks I have tried that, But still will not boot in to OSX Maybe is Something not supported? Mother board? sound? graphics?

that might be the kernel not match your system..
have you try boot with -v -x32 cpus=1 or cpus=1 busratio=20?

Ok now it boots, The graphics are off so is "Copyed from the website" NVIDIA® GeForce® 310M, with 1GB DDR3 VRAM & Intel GMA HD, Supported by the Osx? / iatkos s3 and the sound does not work so is SRS Premium Sound supported by the voodoo hda? or apple hda?

for graphics try:
1.adding "GraphicsEnabler = yes" in boot.plist and
2. add NVenabler.kext (or ATYinit.kext) and/or
3.add efi string using osx86 tools.

but first, what is 'boot with graphic is off'..did you manage to install it yet ?

Im trying to get what you meant by "'boot with graphic is off" Umm if you mean did i manage to get the osx86 install to boot with out any -v stuff then yes, Im not in Safe mode, So the graphics should be working, So ill try what you said about the graphics. And ill write in that line to the boot.plist. Ill tell you how it goes in a bit.
