Default install completes. Can't select Drive

Hey all so I recently just built a hackintosh with a gigabyte board and i7. I will give more details if it helps. I have gotten the OS installed on my HD from my flash drive using EP4UDP3 loader and everything goes fine til I restart. once I restart my HD doesnt show up in the list of bootable drives. I have checked to make sure my HD is booting in the bios but at the grey screen all I see is my flash drive. Any suggestions. It said the insall finished successfully I just can't boot from the fresh install drive

    thanks for the help

This scenario is only making sense if you're booting from the USB, assuming that the gray screen refers to Darwin/Chameleon boot screen for selecting volumes.
Did you install Chameleon to the HDD?
