Here are the specs on my machine:

MoBO: BIOSTAR MCP6P3 AM3 NVIDIA GeForce 6150 / nForce 430 Micro ATX AMD
Processor: AMD Phenom II X2 (3.0GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 80W Dual-Core Processor HDX545WFK2DGI
RAM: 4gb DDR3 1333
HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F4 HD204UI 2TB 5400 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s

Currently running a custom version of Windows 7.

Here's my problem:

Can't get Snow Leopard to install. When I boot from the disk (retail, Hazard's AMD hack, etc.) It will either try to boot and then restart or it will go to the grey apple screen and get stuck there.

Maybe I'm an idiot, but I don't know what's going on. And what's up with these kext files I have to edit/swap/whatever?

tl;dr:

Is there a clear, concise, step-by-step guide to installing on a machine with an AMD that is written for a n00b or a complete idiot? Because apparently, that's what I need.

Help!
