    Unhappy iBoot boot flags

Hi, I'm trying to install OSX Snow Leopard 10.6.3 on my Gateway system.
My BIOS settings are correct, (according to the iBoot fourms) I have an Intel i7-2600 Sandy Bridge Processor, a NIVIDA GeForce GT 420 Graphics Card.

The reason I'm posting here, is because I cannot get a reply from anyone, no matter what I post. So hopefully i have more luck here.

I get the the iBoot screen, then, i insert my Snow Leopard DVD, press enter... wait.... Then get a screen telling me that I need to restart.

So, my question: Are there any boot flags I could try? If so, how do I use them?

    Thanx!

Silly questions time: After iBoot comes up you remove the iBoot CD, right? Then you replace it with the retail SL 10.6.3 CD, right? Then you hit the F5 key to switch to the SL install CD, right? Then you see two CD images in the iBoot screen: iBoot and Apple OSX install, right? Then you use your right arrow key to to select the Install CD image and hit enter.

These are just the basics. Based on the date of your post, you probably know all this by now, but I thought it might help someone searching this forum.
