i wanna buy soon dell mini 10v (1011) and make it hackintosh guess why?
becuse i dont have money for mac machine

anyway i saw few tutorials on how to install osx86 on dell mini v10 and there is a step that needs a mac machine to Make Bootable Mac OSX86 USB Stick but i dont have mac machine and noone that i know have a mac machine to make a bootable usb stick so i came here to ask if someone have an idea how to make this bootable mac osx86 usb stick without having a mac all i got now is personal computer with windows 7 and my friend laptop with vista is there any program that allows to make Make Bootable Mac OSX86 USB Stick on a pc?

about dell mini 10v ( 1011) is this computer recommended to use with mac osx? or is there a better computer around 300-400$ that works better with osx86?
