    Default HP dc5100 MT Help?

    Hey guys,

I am having a lot of trouble getting my HP dc5100 MT. Could someone help me out? Please let me know if you have any input.

For instance what installation to try. I have my Dell XPS M1330 rocking Hackintosh and my Samsung N310.

    It would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having issues with the installation of OS X on a DC5100 MT as well. I saw the DC5100 here on the compatibility list. So others have gotten it to work - just not sure how. The installation stalls right after iBoot - an Apple logo for the installation comes up and thats it, no error, just sits at the Apple logo.

I've scoured the forums and tried all the advice I could find.

iBoot options (-s, -v, -f, -x) - the -v option might show and error running across but flies by so fast that I don't see it, tried many times to see if I could get a workable error from the verbose output if its there I can't see it.

    SATA DVD instead of IDE
Smaller HD (had a 1.5TB drive) now have a 40GB
    Different Video Card
    Leopard install disk
    Snow Leopard
    Kalaway 10.5.2
    Disable onboard network / sound

There might be some BIOS magic I'm not aware of - most of the settings I see don't apply to DC5100 - DC5100 does not have AHCI which seems to be the key to getting the most pain free installation of OS X on the system. If anyone knows of a magic setting let me know, spent a lot of time in the BIOS tinkering with settings.

    Any help is appreciated...

    Default progress with the 5100?

Either of you have any luck with the DC 5100? I have all OEM specs. Sounds like I'm running into the exact same stall point at the gray Apple screen.
