I`ve followed the iBoot + MultiBeast method and i cant get it to work, obviusly the 10.6.4 update throws a kernel panic, but it would be sufficient to install 10.6.3 and the kexts to get almost everything working.

Anybody knows which kexts to install or just a howto to get it working in a asus n61jv.

If i can get it working ill be writing about my experience in a blog to share with everyone so please help meeeeeee

i´ve used the latest version of nawcom boot cd -> nawcom ModCD v0.3 is out | Prasys' Blog

you boot with that cd.. then swap to the snow leopard retail dvd, and it automatically checks your hardware and adds the kexts to the Customize menu on the installation.

i have tried installing 10.6.3 with nawcom boot cd 0.3 with default settings then:

MacBookProSoftware Update 1.3 -> Kernel Panic
10.6.4 combo update -> Kernel Panic
10.6.5 combo update -> Kernel Panic

any ideas?
