How do you set up a dual boot Mac OS X and Windows 7 with Win7 preinstalled?
So, I want to hackint0sh my computer (why else would I be on this forum, lol). The computer I have came with Windows 7, and (presumably) an MBR formatted HD. I'll be getting the retail copy of Snow Leopard pretty soon (~10 days), and I want to dual boot without losing Windows 7, as I don't want to pay another $60 for a Win7 installation disk.
Now, are there any ways to have a dual booting system that boots Win7/Mac, that share the same HD and without removing Win7? I'm aware you can use BootCamp for Mac to install Win7 pretty easily, but you'd have to remove Win7 to even install Mac.

I'm new to this forum, I'm looking to follow the latest Lifehacker hackint0sh instructions. You might try looking at Multibeast 2 to help you, even if ou have to use a clean HD to install it on it still might work.

I'm trying to install w/o wiping my HD, I don't have a Win7 installation disk. And I'll look up Multibeast 2.
