Help Me Installing iDeneb v1.4 on Intel ASUS K50 SSE3
So I have successfully installed Mac OS x Snow Leopard 10.5.6 on my ASUS pc.
Now I do have a disk of iDeneb v1.4 10.5.6 burnt out and ready.
So everytime I try to open OSX from the cd it only goes into the installation and not the Mac welcome screen. Now I have installed seperate .kexts that i'm pretty sure will work with my OS.
And this was a very big problem, I have no way to boot into OSX now! I have tryed many diff flags such as -v or -x and even -s. Also I have tryed to boot straight into the mach_kernal by typing "mach_kernal rd=disk0s2 (My Partition Name) -v -f. ALSO I have tryed to boot the partition from my BIOS, but i can't find it.
Now i'm down to asking you guys and searching the fourms for more help.
I don't know if i didn't apply the right .kexts or I forgot somthing. I have formated my partition to Mac OS X Journaled Edition and erasing it. But still nothing.
My Specs Are Below:
Model: ASUS Notebook K40IJ/K50IJ Series
Processor: Intel Pentium T4500
Graphics Card: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series express Chipset Family
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium X64-Bit
Please Help! I've invested almost 3 years of trying to figure this out!
Plz post what i'm doing wrong and the right .kexts i need to use
P.S. I am using these .kexts for installation:
Audio: Apple Azalia
Chipset: Intel ICHs fixed
Kernel: Vanilla Kernel
Network: Ethernet: Apple Yukon2
Graphics Card: I don't know, this might be the problem
Fixes: CPU=1 Fix, Firewire Remove
THnx for ur help,
Ok... so now i have deleted my patition and tryed again, it worked perfectly but now when i try and boot up it just hangs at the apple logo with the spinning wheel. I booted up from verbose mode (-v) and got this error.
Images are below, Sorry for bad quality...
I have tryed (cpus=1 -v -f -x)
I can't boot into my pc without going through the boot loader and finding my hard drive and i can't use the repair disk, it just says i can't make these repairs automaticly.
I can't even do the installation over without deleting the partition and making a new one, which i will do.
Somebody plz help, i'm sooo close i can feel it!!!!
Not even booting straight from the kernel will work!!!
P.S. I think its the ACPI error so i will select the fix and get back to u guys,
