I have been at this for days now and get my hackintosh system working 100%. I can install 10.6.3 from a retail SL disk just fine and update to 10.6.7.

Here are the issues I have:
1-Can't boot without iboot

2-Can't update to 10.6.8 without getting stuck a grey screen with not apple logo.
I have try using Update Helper but have the same result

3-Can't get audio to work.

4-I have not yet tried to install the video card or access the internet because of the first three issues.

Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB DDR3
OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W
GIGABYTE ATI Radeon HD6870 1GB
WD 1TB Hard Drive
HP DVD

I know this is a look of stuff but if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
I have looked all over this forum and the posted user builds and Golden Builds.
I do not want to install windows on this machine. Please help!
