Can somebody please give me step by step instructions on how to install snow leopard on a Dell Studio 1555? I've tried every tutorial I could actually do (I don't have another computer with Mac OS that I can use) and nothing has work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The laptop has an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 4 GB of RAM, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570, and I don't think it has a sound card. It has a 300 GB hard drive with 1 100MB partition reserved for Windows system use, 1 197 GB partition for Windows and 100 GB of unallocated space which I want to use for Mac OS and backups during the installation and whatnot.

should start with a distro...(a hacked and ready to install osx86 dvd image...google:osx86 hazard).
Set your bios, boot the dvd, choose customize according your pc hardware...

..and comeback here with the "panic"..
