Default Help with installation on a Toshiba A505-S6975

I've been working for weeks to try and multibooot Win 7 and OSX on my Toshiba A505-S6975.
(Hardware doesn't support virtual machines, or I'd try VMWare).

Win 7 is already installed and I have half of my hard drive partitioned out.
    My system:
    Intel Core 2 Duo P7350
    300 GB SATA hard drive
    6GB RAM DDR3
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 series
Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC
and I really have no idea what kind of motherboard

The farthest I've gotten is with Hazard's Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 Intel/AMD disc downloaded from TPB.

The disc has a ton of Kernels, Kexts, and Drivers to choose from the "Customize" menu while installing OSX.
I tried to choose the most viable ones for my system, but I really have no idea which ones are appropriate.

After trial and error I was finally able to successfully complete the install process. (I figured out from reading forums that I needed to change my BIOS settings to "Compatability" during installation...they then suggested to change back to AHCI mode after installation).

Long story short...OSX is installed and everything seems perfect, but I am getting a kernel panic while it is trying to boot.

Does anyone have any experience with a system similar to mine?
I'll try and post a screenshot of the error messages for the panic, but either the EFI or the Hazard OSX install puts a message that says something to the point of "You must restart your system, please hold down the power button...etc" in front of the stack list.

Any help in getting rid of the kernel panic would be GREATLY appreciated!

That is a standard osx kernal panic due to a hardware error probably ...try safe mode or boot with something like easy efi and then do safe mode and then go to your utilities folder and open console there would tell u what caused the panic
