Hackintosh... Is it worth it?
Okay you guys, I'm a complete n00b when it comes to Hackintosh etc. So I wanna ask you guys a bit about the features.
I've been using Windows 7 on Dell XPS 410 for a while and loving it. I also have added more Ram etc to the board. And I work with Photoshop, Flash, DreamWeaver, and sometimes I start After Effects with those 3 running. But I'm amazed how my Dell XPS 410 handles it well.
After a small research there are many problems, and some are fixed on some computers, and some are still...
How do you Dual Boot? I don't wanna lose my Windows 7, I love it so much! So I wanna have Windows 7 and Hackintosh. But people are having issues with Dual Booting.
Anybody wanna suggest?

I have no issues, and I'm Tri-booting with Windows Vista (had 7), Ubuntu Linux and Snow Leopard.

Downgraded because I will Install Windows 7 once I get an actual retail copy. I triple boot using Chameleon bootloader for OSX and have 3 separate partitions, one with each OS.
Yes, my Vista is running 64-bit and My Snow Leopard (which I just got running today) is running in 32-bit (but too can run in 64-bit, but need a 64-bit wifi driver and NTFS-3G/FUSE-EXT2 64-bit as well)

What? That's nice!
So you're lot more expierenced than me. Can you tell me little more? Like how to dual boot, etc...

I could use a few pointers as well - I'm looking into getting a new internal drive just for the OSX, I have the distro I think will work with my Dell XPS 400, so any sort of wisdom you have would be greatly appreciated.

First thing you'll want to do is create the partitions that you want to use for each OS (or use separate drives if preferred).
Then I always install Windows XP/Vista/Whatever first as it will overwrite the bootloader required for Mac OSX if installed after Mac OS is installed.
Then use whatever Distro to install Mac OSX onto the other partition.
Then use Chameleon as your bootloader, and that's pretty much it.
