Default Hack Pro Gone wrong Hackintosh HELP PLEASE!!!

    Hi
I have been trying to build a hack pro according to the lifehacker guide for building a hack pro here's the link:

How to Build a Hackintosh with Snow Leopard, Start to Finish

So I purchased everything but due to the outdatedness of the article i was forced to buy a different kind of mother board. Here's my current set up:
    Gigabyte EP 45T USB3P
    Intel Core 2 Quad 3.0GHz LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor
    Elixir ddr3 (2 x 2)

So basically I followed everything on the guide and it seems to work fine. I used the vanilla snow leopard upgrade CD and everything. Heres where it goes wrong. When I go to install it recognizes the hard drive and It goes as far as to show that it is installing. It starts the installing process and somewhere random along the way the computer restarts by itself and goes back to being booted through the usb port. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Thank You

Consider buying dual layer dvds which you can burn your snow leopard on. When you have burnt the DMG file onto the disc download EmpireEFI which has many different distros for all types of intel CPUs

Thanks Fckyou.I found out what was wrong. I had a defective motherboard (or who knows maybe i effed it up in the process). I noticed that one of the chips was overheating causing the computer to restart. When i put a fan on it I actually got Snow Leopard to install, But after that I could not even get into the bios. Needless to say im going to exchange that motherboard for a new one and hopefully everything will work. I will be using a GeForce 9800 GT. Do you know if that's compatible? Oh and do you have any links for how to get the hackintosh working the way you did. How was your hackintosh experience?
