    Default General advice please :)

Hey, I'm new here and I'm looking into installing Snow Leopard onto my desktop PC. I've spent a couple of hours looking around here and online and I have just confused myself more than when I started! So I'm just looking for some general advice if possible? i.e. is my system compatible and where do I begin?

    My specs:

Asus Striker Extreme mobo with Intel Q6600 Quad Core processor @ 2.4Ghz
    4Gb's DDR RAM
    NVidia Geforce GTX280
    Nvidia Geforce 8400
    2 x Samsung 500GB 7200rpm drives.
Saffire LE Firewire Soundcard, DVD Rom, Logitech Mouse/Keyboard
Some wifi card of some description (?!)

On my primary drive I have Win7 which I don't want to lose. The secondary drive is empty and I'm hoping I can install SL onto this?

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards, Jon

    Hi,
You could spend some times reading to see how others doing and decide what you want to do.

Thanks ratvn. I have spent hours reading thru this forum and I'm just finding it confusing, hence the post really. Just thought some people may have some suggestions. Not a problem if not.

Whatever suggestion would not be good if that is not what you want to do.
This is hackintosh you're getting into and you are the one who do it.

So if you want to then look at your board, your chipsets and see what others using for OSX then get started.
