Failure to install iaktos 10.5.7
I am new to Mac OS and tried to install Iaktos 10.5.7 after one of my friend recommended it.
I tried various customize options but at the end installation always collapse with certain terminal type coding appearing everytime, superimposed on the installation screen.
Kindly prescribe me the requisite options needed to boot Mac OS & subsequent alteration required to multi-boot it with Vista. I have Ubuntu 9.04 live cd and it can be used for making some additional changes.

Make a list of all your hardware. Seems that what you have is compatible, but you need to know everything in there so you select only the drivers needed. ONE kext per hardware item. One video, one audio, etc.
Use the vanilla kernel and you should be able to make updates without having to do reinstalls. I used iATKOS v7, since it was most compatible with my hardware. I tried at least six other distro before I was able to have this one be the most stable. You may find that Ubuntu is not compatible with your hardware as much as another install will be
