Hi, I'm a complete newby. Recently I tried Mac 10.5 v7 install on my ASUS laptop and didnt succeed - although installation went well, at boot up it should "could'nt find mach kernel" and stalled there. After several different approaches/attempts, I gave up and got Snow leopard S3 v2 iso instead; this time after giving the initial chameleon bott options screen ( where it says press any key to boot iatkos s3 or F8 for boot options) when i choose iatkos s3, it tries to boot, then gives a line saying " EFI_init_devprod ...... etc" ending with "...getting string data" or something and retarts the computer. I tried by setting BIOS setting to EFI booting enabled/disabled both but to no effect. Help me ??
