Default Endless Reboot loop after install

Hi guys, I am new... searched the forms but couldn't find anything.

I just installed iATKOS v7 and it seemed to install fine but after I restarted the computer now it loads a screen asking me to push any key for startup options with a loading bar... after it loads the computer reboots over and over.

    Specs:
Intel Pent 4 Proc 541 with HT
    2GB
    320GB HD
    PCI Ultra SFF (1x2)
    Intel GMA 900
    24x24x24x8x CD-RW/DVD combo
    Gigabit Ether

Any ideas of something I could try?

    Thanks for your help,
    -Drew

Use OpenHaltRestart.kext. It's on iATKOS v7 listed as OHR. You can transfer it using terminal and then rebuild your cache. Or you can boot iATKOS and deselect everything but OHR and install it that way. That should fix you up mt8.

Scrolled like 100 lines of text, way to fast to read... then restarted.

    Thanks,

I will take a look threw this.

I installed a diffrent bootloader and was able to load the mac logo with a spinning cycle / gray background. I don't know if this is a common problem but I will keep reading and seeing what I can find about this.

At least we are making some progress here.

See post#4 here. Try adding IOATAFamily.kext.

My biso dosnt have any ACPI / AHCI options from what I can tell... and all the posts I can find in the search show how to add a IOATAFamily.kext in the OS itself... not much help to me.

    Thanks,
    -Drew
