eeePC 1005HA or Lenovo S10-2 ??
Hi There,
i am about to buy a Netbook. I have to decide between these two used Netbooks:
Asus eeePC 1005HA
Lenovo S10-2
I want to install Mac OS X on the one I am buying. But witch one should i get. the eeePC has 2GB RAM already installed, but i read that i have to buy a Dell WLAN Card to get it to work. The S10-2 has only 1GB RAM. Getting the 2GB RAM or buying a new WLAN Card costs the same, probably.
Which one is the "better" Hackintosh?
Thanks for your help!
Cheers
pingu

Based on the compatibility chart, here...
Mac OS X Netbook Compatibility Chart
I would probably go with the Asus, although it is "6 of one and half a dozen of the other". The Lenovo Ethernet does not work and it will not go into sleep mode. The link to the guide will not open so it is hard to say exactly whether they managed to get the wireless running natively or not. If you are not happy about swapping the wireless in the Asus you can always go with a USB dongle. I looked at these guides a few months ago and there always seemed to be some type of "gotcha" with all of them. I guess if someone had found the perfectly compatible model people would be buying them in droves.
