    Default Doesn't show my harddrive

    Hey there, I downloaded iDeneb 1.3 10.5.5 to install on my Hp Pavillion dv6500 - I burned the DVD in 4x speed - All seemed to work, i booted up on it, selected the langauge, but when i should select which harddrive to install it on in "Disk ulility" it dosn't show any harddrives or anything - Please help me out here.

    What is your specs? CPU, chipsets, video?

    AMD Turion(tm) X2 Mobile Technology TL-58, 1900Mhz
    NVIDIA GeForce 7150M / nForce 630M

    dont know where to look up my chipsets

    Check your BIOS to see if there is setting for SATA to AHCI. And if there are other options under IDE/SATA.

    I ran into a similar problem with Dell Inspirion. It appears I need another type of BIOS. I have tried with a Tiger & Snow install Disk and USB with the same results.
