I've a system with the following specifications:

Processor: AMD Athlon x2 6000+ 3.0 ghz dualcore
Video card:ATI R43500 512mb video ram
Motherboard: Asus m2n sli deluxe

Could you please share with me how I could setup a stable Hackint0sh setting with minimal chance of kernel panics?

Unfortunately, AMD processors are a real pain. I got a new computer just to get around that problem. Only Intel processors are supported by Apple, so AMD owners have to use a modified kernel. I'm not saying that it can't be done, cuz I have seen that it has. The only way I could get it to work on my AMD was as a virtual machine on VMware. Even that took a while. iATKOS has AMD distros. iATKOS v4a and v7 were the only ones I could get to work on VMware. If you Google your question, you should be able to find some people who got it working. Good luck!
