I'm trying to install MAC on my PC, but i can't

I've been booting from a DVD, but when the apple with grey background appears my PC restarts. I'm using this DVD file "SnowOSX_Universal_10.6(432)GM_v3.5.iso"...

I would like to ask you guys which version do you recommend me to install, where can i download it and which tutorial should i follow to make it run =)
