You can try hitting command(usually alt) + Q at the registration page to skip it.

    or

    Boot with -s then enter:

    Code:
    /sbin/mount -uw /
    touch /private/var/db/.AppleSetupDone
    passwd root
hitting enter after each line respectively. After the last command enter the password you intend to use, then enter it again to conform. Type exit and see if you can now boot into OSX. Hope this helps.

Instead of starting a new thread let me just ask my question here since we are on topic. Has anyone resolved the sleep kext issue YET on the 1545? I know it has been an ongoing pain, but I can dream can't I? Any progress?

I'm typing on my aluminum iMac looking at my 1545 running 7 because I need it to work properly before I do the hack.

That's not an actual answer. That's another question.

Registration but you shouldn't do that anyway even if you bought the disc.
