Default Can I run it? (signal processing controller seems wrong?)

    Hi all!

So I'm looking to go hackintosh since w8 has really... well how do you call that. You know.
I checked compatability with the system info tool from here: Kexts

It show smileys or green V's for everything, except this:

    Vendor ID: 8086 (Unknown vendor)
    Device ID:1E24
    Unknown device
    class: Signal processing controller

So my question is, can someone confirm that I can or can't run OSX? I don't want to waste money buying a copy of OSX I won't be able to use.

    rig:
    mobo: P8Z77 V-Lx
    CPU: i5 3570k (@4,4Ghz)
    RAM: 2x8GB corsair vengeance 1600Mhz
    GPU: Sapphire HD5870
    Boot disk: SSD intel 120gb
Data disk: (USB) Seagate backup drive 1TB
    standard dvd burner (sony)

Any help, toughts or advice is greatly appreciated. Has tried to install it on a similar rig, or on a rig with one similar component?
(If it works for all components individually, it should work for all of them together, right?)

    Thank you so much!

    I found this:
Can anyone confirm this info is correct? Is it something that drives the CPU cooler? If so than it's no problem, I can hardwire the fan in my cooling loop.

Also, I keep reading x86 everywhere :p that doesn't refer to 32 bit, does it?
I've got 8GB of ram, so I'm commited to x64.
