With M$ WinXP SP2 you can block the update program or genuine activation by placing a domain name in the hosts file pointing to 127.0.0.1. Does anyone know of a way to block the Apple Update program so that it can't check for updates and a person that doesn't know you have a hackintosh will not be able to apply an update(s)?
