Athlon X2 245 and K9N6PGM2-V2 using Ideneb config
I'm trying to install Ideneb 1.5 on a Athlon X2 245 with 2GB of memory on a MSI K9N6PGM2-V2 MB. I've never had a problem before with installing this on my Gigabyte Intel MB but need some help getting this working on this machine.
I've tried the following parameters:
Voodoo Kernel 9.5.0
When I tried to bootup using the Voodoo kernel (mach_kernel voodoo) I received an error "waiting for boot volume with UUID"...I'm guessing I'm missing a SATA driver but not sure which one I need. Also not sure if this is required but my MB doesn't have AHCI...am I out of luck? I'm also installing from an IDE DVD burner if that matters. Any help would be appreciated.
I've added the MCP67 chipset driver, and AppleSMBios 800 and got a little further now. Verbose is now getting a bit further. I see the following in the verbose.
AppleNforceATA: found 0 units
mDNSResponder: Couldn't read user-specific Computer Name; using default bMacPro. I'm gussing the problem is with the AppleNforceATA error since I should be able to get into the O/S without the network card?
