Default AMD + Snow Leopard= panic

    Hello you out there
I need to reinstall Mac OS X 10.6.6 once your help.
I have first Empire EFI 4 AMD (46 MB) downloaded and burned, and also gained Snow Leopard.
So I have both loaded into my PC and started, but there is always a mistake (I've attached picture). At boot: I've tried the following commands "boot:-x-v-noapci noapci-cpu = 1 (cpu = 4)-busratio = 17 (or 17)" all commands result in this problem.
Sorry for my not perfect English. I am not a native speaker.

    My system:
    AMD Phenom X4 965
    ASRock 870 Extreme 3
6GB of RAM in Dual Channel
    ATI HD5770

I hope you can help me
