    Default 10.6.3 On Acer Aspire 5315

    I've done quite a bit of research and I've found that people have installed 10.5.8 on the 5315

    Well it just so happens I have one laying around.

    If anyone can link me (I've searched) or help me install 10.6.2 or higher on my 5315, that would be sweet.

    I searched the whole forum and a member here named Weazle, actually did it, I already PM'd him. In the meantime though, no telling if he'll ever be back.

    Finding a guide specifically for the 5315 will be hard... it would be better to find out the specs (aspire 5315 spec here) and find the appropriate kexts etc...

    Try to follow a guide or particular method. 'Retail methods' are always better as a permanent solution...

    i have 10.5.7 on acer aspire 5315
    but it just has 1 day and now i'm searching kext's 4 sound and wifi
