    hi guys,

    Just joined the forum and did a search for the HP6735s and this is the only thread that I found so thought would add to it to see if anyone has any updates etc on the above laptop.

    I have tried Kalyway 10.5.2 DVD Intel_Amd (sse2/sse3) EFI V8 dist of the OS but didnt matter how I tried all it would do was goto a white screen then reboot my pc.

    Would really appreciate it if anyone has managed to get leopard running on this laptop as its making me almost bald with all this head scratching lol

    Thanks in advance.

    cpus=1 -v -x -f
    And btw why dont you try with a updated distro like iatkos v7 or iPC

    Thanks,

    I did try the cpu=1 and -v but didnt try the other options, will give it a go.
    Am currently downloading:
    iDeneb_v1.4_10.5.6.iso
    and also:
    iPC OSx86 10.5.6 Universal PPF5 (Final).iso

    hoping one of those will be a bit better if the suggested options wont work.

    just tried it and looks like that version just dosnt want to know.
    It prints loads of stuff its loading in then after a while the screen goes black and just reboots the laptop.
    Even tried putting speedstepkernel in front but no different.

    Will try one of the new distro's once theyre downloaded and keep my fingers crossed lol.
