I have an HP m7170n that is mostly stock but I added 1.5 gigs of memory, a Netgear ethernet card, and an Nvidia 7200 GS graphics card. I'm using ipc and managed to get Leopard running great.

My HP printer is connected via USB and it works. My keyboard and mouse are wireless and the receiver is connected via USB. They work. I have the Logitech control panel installed and it works with my mouse but doesn't recognize my keyboard. The keyboard works, and even some of the extra buttons work, like the volume knob, but a lot of the buttons don't work. It's a MX 3000 Laser... I think that's the model. Any idea what I can do to get the control panel to recognize the keyboard? Is there a file I can hard code a device id or something?

The real issue however is that any USB device I try to add isn't recognized by my system. I have a thumb drive. I plug it in and nothing. System Profile doesn't see it at all. I plug in my iPhone and it's the same thing.

So USB is partially working because the printer and input devices are there but other stuff doesn't work. Any ideas? I have the patched usb drivers installed from the dvd as well as the usb mount fix from the dvd. I was going to try the IOUSBMassStorage fix but it says not to use both and I'm not sure how to get rid of the other one now.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer!!!
