Can some one please help me update my system to 10.5.8 its been 3weeks and over 250 tries.
    I used the folllowing:
Ideneb 10.5.8 combo update ----- caused the meltdown ,or got applenfroceata found 0 units
update from apple software update --------didnt work
Fresh install from ideneb v1.6 10.5.8 distro and iAtkos v7 but bot resulted in some network error at startup , but boot perfectly in safe mode.
The only distro that perfectly works is leo4allv4.1 for amd (10.5.4) current insatll.

I'm on iDeneb 10.5.6 and I'd like to hit .7 and then .8 myself but don't bother with it cause of the same issues you're having.

It would be nice if someone with some knowledge would take just 5 minutes to answer a post like this one and then leave it up to us dumb-dumb's to answer the same question later on.
