TO INSTALL MAC OSX I USE IATKOS V7 10.5.7. THIS IS THE ONLY DISTRIBUTION WHO BOOTS ON MY PC! i've try IPC, IDENEb, and kalyway, no one have boot they still lock on the first boot page with white page and logo apple. (i think the bootloader is not the same).

to install, i'have created tree partitions. One, for osx two for windows 7, and the other for data. the osx partition is formatted in MAC OS EXTENDED format.

In the list of patchs I used :
- bootloader chameleon v2
-/extra directory
- decrypters : appledecrypt
- smbios drivers
- 9.5.0 kernel voodoo
- ACPI
- disabler
- ATI HD
- sound : voodoo hda driver
- voodoo ps/2 driver
choose the pack language and it's all.

this installation works fine except few bugs :
the first is that the keyboard is lock on touch "7" but when you touch anyone touch he works again. my usb mouse knows some bugs, there is no web cam, vga mode is locked on 1024X868, the wifi card don't works (intel 5100), and some times it's very rare, the sound falls.

here we are, this is how I install OSX, if someone knows how to boot with IPC it would be interesting because this version have some more completed drivers.
Or if you have fine how to correct the bugs please tell me!

ps : And in the end one other bug, windows 7 doesn't boot with chameleon, i've to search it in google i think we can correct this.

Chapter 2 :

I've doing some tests with the installation of osx on my toshiba.
The dual boot with windows 7 is now ok. There is a manipulation with the cd of w7 to put the dualboot ok. If you need ask me

after doing some tests, i have conclued the following items:

Osx works very fast on my toshiba, system is stable.
The problem is with two drivers:
Ati hd3470 and the wifi intel 5100.
When you want to open some applications like photo, ilife etc, a message says that the drivers of the card no permit to use them.

And the wifi, all we knows that there is no drivers for that card.

I hope that the drivers will be created for that because without these drivers this version of osx is near unutilisable.

Great job, yeh you'll be kinda stuck with the wifi and video, dunno if there full support for that one, did you ask on irc?

NO, i don't ask. I've try but the irc doesn't work in my home. I'm looking for the forums and with google, but the news aren't good. I've to wait for those drivers, i read in one forum that the hd3470 will coming soon, so i have to be patient. For the wifi, i'll buy a usb key.

DOES ANYONE HAVE FIND THE 3470 HD DRIVERS FOR ATI???? I'M LOCK WITH I'VE TRY A FEW DRIVERS BUT ANYONE WORKS. THX

WHY MY NOTEBOOK HAVE AN ATI CARD!!!!!!!!!!§

First of all:

Hello peoples! this is my first post here.

I have a toshiba satellite A350-02T, that has a re-installed Vista 32...
I had to use "EASEUS Partition Master 4.0 Home Edition" to create a test partition of 40GB. and formated it has NTFS.

2-

installed iATKOS_v7 via DVD without any problem. Of course after the installation was complete, on reboot of course! either vista or OSX would boot... Great... I had to use the vista dvd and repair the bootloader...

once windows vista was running, found a nice utility called "EasyBCD 1.7.2"
that allowed me to fix OSX/Vista boot issue.

Now Vista / OSX run on my laptop...

the only 2 issue I have now is:

the laptop keyboard is not working.. had to use a USB generic one!
how do I have to get the laptop (standard PS/2 internal keyboard) to work?

and the WIFI... I guess I am not the only one.

Atheros AR9281: does any driver exist?

or any USB wifi adaptor that would work?

before I forget: the graphic card is an Intel,
