try to boot with -x, doesnt help.
the hole line is
ACPI_SMC_CtrlLoop::initCPUCtrlLoop - pmCPUControl (PMIOCSETPSTATETABLE) returned 0xffffffff

doesnt help, after -S its still hangs on.
and the error is for "smc_ctrlloop" and not "smc_platformplugin" like the sticky...

btw i forget to tell, the problem is only when i use my on-board (intel g31) graphic card.
maybe i need to rewrite some driver to the installation dvd ?
