Did it happen after you did an UPDATE via APPLE?

do you have any other O/S on the system? Did you try to create a DUAL boot.
There is a clear Panic Kernal on the system, that i believe to suggest Frame rates...
Basically could be a graphics card issue, i had the same problem with my Intel G950 Card, NIVIDIA + INTEL cause so many problems, which is strange as Old + New Apple products uses these manufactures
