tried 3 distro, iatkos v7, jas 10.4.8 and ideneb 1.4

iatkos v7 :
stuck at line "using 1310 buffer headers and ..."

jas 10.4.8 :
stuck at "using 655 buffer header and ..."

ideneb 1.4 :
stuck at "dsmos: starting..." <-just after the line "using xxx buffer headers and ..."

could any body help me please ?

btw my pc spec :
p4 1.6ghz overlocked to 1.9ghz
ram 256 mb
mobo asus p4s333
hd 160gb
vga geforce 5500 mx agp
