my problem is this, I have iDeneb mounting procedures successfully, but I have trouble starting it, starts to load, and when it ends the screen stays gray, and only see a few lines of color by moving the mouse, in theory everything works, I hear the sound of the video presentation, but I see nothing, my laptop is a hp pavilion dv7 2200, and my graphics card is ATI Radeon HD 4500/5100.
is there any solution?
