I mean realy long i started Monday evening then there today (wednesday) morning there was a power cut so i had to start over, and now it's trying to instal allday but it's just half way there.. anyone know way it takes so long?

hmm can you get a few more specs than that, i think it maybe the BIOS that is causing the problem, or there maybe a chip on the board that may not be supported. Or it could be read / write speeds, or if the HDD is SATA / IDE. Even if you can open the PC There should be the Sys Board Make + Name on there......
