    Default Problems installing Hackintosh JaS

    I am using JaS OSx86 10.5.4 SSE2 SSE3.
For some reason when I install it everything is in a grainy black and white but, sometimes if the DVD restarts abruptly, I can see a normal looking apple start logo (grey with white apple). Then when I try installing the actual OS, the installation ALWAYS gets hung at about 15-12 minutes to completion and the bar is in the middle region of the big X

Please help... I'm using a guide for my old computer (Dimension 4500S). I'm not expecting something really fast, but I just want to support the operating system

Installing Leopard on x86 PC - Dell Dimension 4500 | MadClouds

    any help is really appreciated

I know it's pentium 4 but I don't know if it is hyper threading

The biggest problem now is that the install hangs when it runs "update_dyld_shared_cache" does anyone know how to fix that?
