What do I do next?

Hey guys/gals,

I wanted to try Mac OS X before actually going to buy it, so I thought I might as well give it a go and it will at least help me run into some roadblocks which will help me extend my Hackint0sh knowledge :) I've got a Toshiba Satellite P200-144 and I'm following this guide Toshiba Laptop Tips and Tricks: Install Mac OS X On Toshiba Satellite A205-S5804 , however this is for the the A205 series. Now it tells me to download Leo4All, I've downloaded it and I am now researching on it, it seems it has problems with SATA Drives, which my laptop has. Could somebody help me through the installation? Also, can I keep my original partitions and make a new one and just install it on there? I also want to be able to boot back into Windows, you know if something stops working all of a sudden.

Thanks for the help that you give, you'll make me happy and Apple happy, that's if I buy a Mac :rolleyes:

If you have 2 partitions you can try in the secundary one, if you dont, you have to make them and will lost all the data, if you gonna dual boot, install Windows in the primary and osx in the secundary, then boot into leopard installation and format your partition as extended journaled and install there, then check the FAQ (the link is in my signature) to know how to dual boot, good luck

You can try with iPC or ideneb 1.4

I've got a Windows 7 Partition, I can just format that, right?
And when you say install OSX in secondary, do you mean on the second partition? As my main one is Windows XP (C:). And what if something doesn't work, as in drivers?
