Old AMD 2600XP - To old for a Hackitosh build?

Hey Guys,

I know this gets asked alot in these forums, but after doing some research I was wondering might be able to lead me in the right direction with a Hackitosh build.

I have an old AMD 2600XP+ with a Gigabyte motherboard.

Which is this one GA-7VAX1394 - GIGABYTE - Support&Download - Motherboard - Manual

Is my computer to old to make into a hackitosh? I seen on youtube and some other places that some people have turned old Pentium 4's into hackitoshs, so I thought I'd see anyone might know if its worth having a crack? If it is worth having a go at, what version of OSX should I get?
