Kalyway won't boot "Darwin"?

Hello, I'm trying to install Kalyway Leopard on an Acer Aspire M5640 desktop and I'm having one major problem. It's as simple as popping in the disc, then booting up from the disc, and then pressing any key to enter the setup (installation) and when it says "Loading Darwin" or something like that, and then goes to "Starting Darwin" my computer automatically restarts and nothing is changed nor affected. Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything I need to specifically change within the bios? My friend has already used this very same disc for his laptop and his worked fine, with some obvious errors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

System Model: Aspire M5640
Processor: Intel Core Duo 2.40 GHz
Memory (RAM): 3 GB
Motherboard: Acer MCP73
System-type: 32-bit operating system
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GS
Storage (Hard drive): 500 GB

I'm not sure what you mean by HCL, if you could elaborate on that it would be greatly appreciated.

it should check if you have AHCI sata support in the BIOS, enable XD bit, disable LAN/AUDIO onboard. check if you the latest BIOS from ACER, if any of this work, try with another distro like ideneb 1.4 or iAtkos, good luck

I've tried iDeneb 1.4 and it goes further than Kalyway. Meaning that it goes to the grey Apple logo screen and it loads, but then a weird whitish box appears over the Apple logo with a circle and a line through it. I'm going to be downloading iAktos whenever I get the chance, but if there's an alternative way to fix this problem with iDeneb 1.4, it would be greatly appreciated.
