Installing Leopart 10.5.x. on HP Pavillion d5000t

I am currently running Vista Home Premium (64bit) on HP Pavillion d5000t desktop (see specs below). I am interested in installing RETAIL version of MacOs on this PC using dual boot.

I prefer to install MacOS on a seperate 2nd hard-disk (SATA). I would appreciate a mod for the bios listed below.
