Install full off VMWare?

Hey guys. I lost my Leopard disk recently (10.5.5) and decided to download a copy of the OS... Since I do own the original it's okay for me to talk about it, though, right?
Anyway, I have bad internet so I decided to find the smallest download possible and it turns out to be a VMWare image - it's only 2gb as compared with average 4gb.
I was wondering if it was possible to actually install full Mac from the VMWare image, instead of just a virtual machine? It would be faster...
I was thinking maybe if I could somehow burn (from the VMWare image) Leopard to a DVD and make it bootable it may work???

Booting any MAC OS off of any non-MAC product is illegal... But that makes it more fun ;)

You will not be able to dual-boot (I'm assuming that's what you mean by full MAC) with a VMWare image... It was created specifically to be used with VMWare software and won't boot on it's own...

Better off grabbing something like iDeneb 1.6 and using the .iso as a dual-boot disk (not something I can really help you with though, I just got it working myself but am running it via VMWare so I don't have to dual boot)
