iatkos 5i Help?!

Hey, Well I'm trying to dual boot iatkos 5i with Vista. I've got it burned to a DVD-R. It opens great but when I get to Disk Utility to format my partition my Hard Drive isn't there:woz:

I'm using a Samsung R60+ (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-R60-.../ref=de_a_smtd) Tech Data from Amazon...

Any help please?!?

Maybe you have enable something in the BIOS, did you try with another distro? cuz some people got success with kalyway, same laptop :P good luck

I havent got a clue what to do with the bios... And I'm trying iDeneb when it finishes downloading.. What do I need to do with my BIOS?

Nah dont need to do anything, try with another distro like kalyway and thats it, ideneb maybe works, if it doesnt just try kalyway

OK thanks iDeneb is on 15% and if i leave laptop on overnight it should be done by the morning.. Also is there a kalyway for 10.5.5?

Nope, the latest one is 10.5.2 but you can always update to 10.5.5

Lol I'm probably getting very annoying but how do you update from 10.5.2 to 10.5.5 with kalyway :L sorry I'm a complete noob

Well after install you have to download a combo update for kalyway to 10.5.3 then you can do the jump to 10.5.5, you can download the combo update from apple, you can follow sticky about this on the forum.

OK Thanks, Just burned iDeneb 1.3 and tried to load it up but when there is the spinning circle theres an error sign at the tpo of the apple (http://www.majotphotography.com/Test...5/DSC_4170.JPG Like that)What do I do?!? Please help...
