Help me! Installation problems!
WILL GIVE REP IF YOU HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The last few days, I have been trying to install Mac OSX Snow Leopard on my Acer Aspire 5740-5847. I've been trying to install iDeneb. My goal is to have Windows 7 and Mac OS X on two separate partitions so I can use a bootloader to choose which one I want to use. Just help me with a successful install. I'm not worried about drivers or anything.
Update: Now I've got it so that I can select what I want with Chameleon, but all some boot commands just reboot my comp. Something interesting happens to me if I type -v busratio=20 as a boot command. Some code goes by really fast, then it stops and tells me there's a kernel panic... It says something like, "Could not find the driver for this platform ACPI". I have no idea what this means. Please help me!
I'm reaching out to everybody here at Hackint0sh for help.
