Help installing mac os snow leapard or lion on acer aspire one d260. noobie.

If any one can please help me. I've been researching information for weeks now and ive downloaded every program out there to install mac on a pc. but nothing ever working. if any can help me please.
so far i have partitioned my hard drive into two. all i have to boot is a 4gb sd card and a 8gb flash drive stick. i have no optical drive. which seems to be making things much harder.
