Default "Please restart your computer" Error when installing Kalyway 10.5.1

Alright, I have been doing tons of research on how to Dual Boot XP and OSx on a PC. The problem I am having is when I am trying to install OSx I get an error. It goes into the loading screen "the gray background with the apple" and load for a while. Then comes up with "Please restart your computer by pressing the power button" It will keep doing that if I keep trying to install.

Any have any ideas on what going on. I was maybe thinking my mother board was not supported but I think it is.

    Manufacturer: ASUSTeK Computer INC.
    Product: P5N32-SLI-SE-Deluxe
    Serial Number: MB-1234567890
    Version: Rev 1.xx
Verified Hardware Device against Order: MB-ASUSP5N32SLIDELR2

I went to the hardware list and there are a few of them on there just non of them (deluxe - what that make a difference? If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

I was also thinking of trying Version 10.5.2 and maybe that would work or trying Ideneb or Ipc -- any suggestions?

    Thanks in advanced

    **UPDATE**

Ok, So i used version 10.5.2 now and got it installed and everything. I got it so both xp and OSx show up when you boot but now, when I click on the OSX the apple screen comes up with the little circle loading sign below it but that's it. It just stays there. Im so close but yet so far away. I am going to do some more research on this but if anyone knows whats going on I want appreciate the help.

    Thanks
