Hi, i am a new hackintosher here and would like to try this thing out but every time i pop in the disk and boot it, it shows the panic error and wants me to restart the computer. I tried a few times and it is still like that, or stuck with a lot of words( panic error still) if i use the "-v"

i am using iATKOS 4i

Comp specs is:

Core 2 Quad Q6600
4gb ram
Nvidia Geforce 8400
Sata 250Gb hard disk

Also may ask what type of hard disk should i format to( like have fat32,ext3..etc)
