Default please help - stuck @ apple logo iDeneb 1st boot

I'm trying to get Snow Leopard running on virtualbox, but like many I'm stuck at the apple logo screen on first boot. My system specs are:

    Toshiba Satellite A505-S6965
    Windows 7 64 Bit
INTEL CORE 2 DUO @ 2.0 Ghz Processor
    4 GB RAM
ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 4500 SERIES graphics card

with both iPC and iDeneb v1.3 10.5.5 I find myself stuck at with the attached info in my VB log viewer (see screencap)

I'm new to all this and am unfamiliar with the values/what settings I need to change etc. Please help

I more thing- I've been using this guide (How to Install Snow Leopard on VirtualBox) to a T. I'm at the beginning of step 3.

same problem, let it sit there all night waiting. it's not usb i'm booting from. i mounted the ISO image of iDeneb, attached that mounted disc to the virtual machine drive i created. and set the virtualbox to boot from that disc.
