Default Please Help With My Install!!

Hi I am new to OSX86 and I have been trying for 2 weeks now to install Leopard on my external HD to boot on my pc with no joy. I am using iDeneb.v1.4.Mac.OSX.Leopard.10.5.6.MAC-OSx86 install but I have tred others.
The install goes great (I dont customise the install) but when I try to boot from usb nothing is found.
I have tried unpluging all the internal drives and still nothing??
Any help or advice would be great.

My PC is a Packard Bell imedia9550
    Core 2 duo 6300 1.86GHz
    2GB ram
    Gforce 7600 LE
(not the best I now but from what I have read this spec should work and its just a spare base unit I have)

    Thank you in advance.

    Thanks for the reply,
I have just gone through the install again and selected
Via chipset, voodoo 9.5 & seatbelt fix. Again the insatall goes fine but when I reboot it says "disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter"

    My mb is a msi ms-7310 v1.0

the boot partition does not recognize its own information by the sounds of it. ... does it boot into windows anymore?? if not then its gonna be the Master Boot Record.... In your BOIS settings do you have Boot from USB enabled (under startup devices)

The internal drives still boot in to windows and yes I have selected boot from usb in bios. I have also tried removing the internal drives from the mb and still no luck.
